Women over the age of 40 have specific health care needs that are not always addressed, either by them or their providers. Our goal here is to simply educate women. We are, after all, responsible for our health. If we have not yet learned the care of our bodies, it's time. Knowledge, and knowledge put into action is very powerful. Wishing you a good, long, and vibrantly healthy life.
Take a look at your attitutde about aging. Did anyone ever tell you that aging is an inside job? It is! Just look around you. It's more, much more than just the physical work that keeps a 94 year old woman young. That same "think" is what makes the 38 year old woman so old.
