Women over the age of 40 have specific health care needs that are not always addressed, either by them or their providers. Our goal here is to simply educate women. We are, after all, responsible for our health. If we have not yet learned the care of our bodies, it's time. Knowledge, and knowledge put into action is very powerful. Wishing you a good, long, and vibrantly healthy life.
I have some pretty strong feelings about women, all people for that matter, making choices about their health care and end of life decisions well before they are needed. Rather than repeat the post here, I refer you to my comments on my other blog.
